Wow, looking out the window & feeling so very blessed, snowy &
icy out there. It would have been a miserable drive home in that
yesterday. Thankful it is today instead of then. Wet (well of course, snow is wet, duh), packy, heavy, slippery. All the things snow should be; but it would have been terrible to drive in. Yesterday it was dry & great driving. We were able to go down to Racine & have lunch with a friend. Pick-up a spinning wheel, some treats for friends that don't get to experience true Kringle & make it home safe & sound before winter set in.
Now we hibernate for winter, safe at home with only minor driving trips to make close to home till Spring. That is truly making a difference for us.
